The Perfect Musical Duo, Chainsmokers

The Chainsmokers is a musical brand that contains an experienced deejay and a talented music producer. Alex Pall started his musical career way back as a deejay before meeting Andrew Taggart who was a music producer to form the now famous Chainsmokers .There first breakthrough into the limelight came in the year 2014 when they released “Selfie” that featured among the top 20 in several countries around the world. Afterwards they released their first EP in 2015; named Bouquet in it was a single going by the name “Roses” that featured in the Top 10 at the US Billboard Top 100.Andrew Tuggart explains that their music as a kind of blurring lines between Indie, pop music, dance music and hip-hop. They have looked up at Pharrell Williams and Deadmau5 as the legendary musicians who have influenced their Journey in the art. Since then the chainsmokers have been a force to reckon with a wide fan base throughout the world .Recently they were named the first Dance artist on Billboards Dance 100.

The chainsnsmokers recently released dance music by the name “Somebody”. The sound track includes pitched-up local samples and a modular synth work .It is known that parts of the vocals for the song Somebody had been originally recorded for a different song hence the need to change some of the pitch vocals. Andrew Taggart being an experienced musical producer played an integral role in ensuring the pitch vocals sounded distinct form those produced for the other song. They recently promised to post a video in social media platforms that would show the world an intensive tutorial of each step in the process of producing “somebody”. They intend to explain the process right through from the synth work to the piano. This would explain to the world wide fans how exactly it is making music. It’s worth noting that in the past few months Drew Tuggart was honored as the songwriter of the year by American Society of Composers, Authors, and publishers (ASCAP).
